Love the trim!! Love the product as a whole!
I purchased Smart Tiles but realized I needed a trim piece to finish the open edges due to where I was putting the tiles. I was SO happy to find the Smart Edge item! It makes the Smart Tile in my old bathroom look finished and updated without spending a million dollars! Best of all, I had the whole project done in approximately 3-4 hours! This product is such a great visual pop! Perfect for walls that have many imperfections and you do not want to invest a ton to make things smooth again. Would love to see other Smart Trim SKUs that match other Smart Tile colors, like red, stainless steel, black and white! Thank You Smart Tile!!

I LOVE THESE!!!
I love these tiles! They are so easy to put up, I did it myself, and easy to cut. These look so real my daughter, who used to help a contractor lay tiles, thought from my picture that I had done a wonderful job and looked just like the real ceramic tiles! She had to come see them, and loved the look in person too. I love them so much and even though I put them in my RV since I plan on extensive travel I plan on getting the sand subway tile for around my shower surround. Even in the extreme heat of the RV on the 80 plus days sitting in full sun, they are still holding strong and look just as awesome as the day I put them up a month ago!

Transformed My RV Kitchen
We love our new travel trailer but it needed some personality. After looking at Smart Tiles and reading the reviews, I decided to go for it. I was worried because I'm a lot of things but handy isn't one of them. The installation was fairly straightforward but it definitely requires attention to detail and patience to do it right.
There is one very small section that keeps lifting up so I'm going to have to figure out something to do to get it to stay down. Everything else has adhered well, though, and I'm very, very happy with the results. It's amazing how much the tiles, along with some camping-related accessories, transformed the space into something cheerful and homey.

Looks incredible!
These tiles made my van conversion really stand out. If this is your first time using these, be mindful that you have to be extremely careful with making each piece level. Just a slight raise in one tile can lead you to follow that an eventually when you stepback it will be uneven. Fortunately, I learned that lesson the last time I installed these so this one turned out much better. I've found that a good pair of scissors was very accurate for me. The texture of the tiles is great and gives an illusion that these are real, raised tiles. Well done smart tiles and please continue to make more modern designs like this. I am not a fan of most of your designs.

Great product!
I purchased the Smart Tiles for my vintage travel trailer. I originally wanted glass mosaic tiles for my backsplash but realized the trailer wall could not support the weight. I found the Smart Tiles on someone’s blog and thought I would try them. They really worked well! And their very forgiving as far as placement. The only advice I would give someone is to paint the wall a shade similar to the “grout” lines. I was careful but there is one spot where there’s a tiny gap and you can see the white wall behind. It’s not glaring, but I know it’s there. If I had painted the wall gray, like the “grout” lines of the Smart Tile, then you wouldn’t see it at all. I would totally purchase this product again.

So beautiful and easy to install!
This is without a doubt the most beautiful home update project I've ever done! (And I once had wallpaper I liked so much, I would have worn it as a dress if I could have!!!) These tiles have a very rich, expensive look to them, and they are so easy to work with. I've bragged about them to everyone I know. In addition, the tile calculator tool is spot on. I ordered the number of tiles recommended and would have had a little more than I needed except my granddaughter and I each lost a sheet of tiles behind the kitchen counters when we were holding them up to see how they'd look!!! I whole-heartedly recommend The Smart Tiles to everyone!

Really looks good
I used these as a kitchen backsplash and they look fantastic. The wall was painted yellow, so I did have to go back with a light gray marker to fill in the corners and areas where the wall wasn't level...wish I'd done that first! These do take some time to align evenly, especially the tabs, so give yourself plenty of time. Really go over and press down the seams, the extra care makes a huge difference in the end. I wanted them to make the house more appealing to potential buyers, and I think it will make a difference. I will say, if you're not very experienced with measuring and cutting, order extras. I am considering Smart Tiles for a bathroom update.

Love My New Kitchen Look
These are wonderful! They look like glass tiles, until you get really close and touch them. My husband installed these while I was at work. I almost cried when I came home and saw how beautiful they make the kitchen look. He said it took him about 4 hours, and a few small mistakes (but we have plenty of extras). I painted my kitchen right before Thanksgiving, and olive green accent wall, and cream color on the rest of the walls. The tiles are an amazing accent. I did apparently miscalculate the amount I needed because I now have a huge abundance left over. Hopefully we'll find someone to take the rest off of our hands.

Can these tiles be removed without damage when I move out? I’m a renter…
Hi, Thank you for your question. They are easy to remove with little to no damage, depending on the surface they were installed on. To make it easy, use a blow dryer to warm up each tile to soften the adhesive and pull softly starting with the corners. Use a cleaning product to wash the wall and remove any excess glue left by the Smart Tiles.

Does smart edge option come with tiles? I want to do a backsplash which will be the height of one of the tile sections. But will that top edge be unfinished then? I would want the top edge to have a finished/tapered look like smart edge pictures
Hello, The Smart Edge products are sold separately from the tiles however they are available on the site as well. Using the edge to finish the look is really a matter of choice, some like the look left as is and others prefer to purchase the Edges to complete the look!

For the Oslo tiles, I will be placing it over existing grouted tile. I’ll need to “fill in” the grout to ensure a smooth base. What do you recommend I use to make it a smooth surface?

If you choose to fill the existing grout lines with additional grout or filler, you will then need to lightly sand and clean the surface with a degreaser before installation. For additional information regarding the filling of the grout lines, we suggest checking with your local hardware store for a professional opinion or more options.

Hello, we do not have a specific product for filling in existing grout lines but you can use grout, tile mortar, or caulking as long as it is completely dry, and cleaned before installation. The surface must be smooth and sleek with no dust particles.

How big are the rectangles on each tile? As in what are the dimensions of each of the white tiles on Each sheet? How many tiles each are on each sheet approximately? Can you also tell me the Metro one VS this Oslo one? I need this for a small space

Thank you for your question. Metro tiles measure 11.56 in X 8.38 in (29.3624 cm X 21.2852 cm) and include eight (8) 4.70 in X 2.05 in (10.16 cm X 5.08 cm) smaller bricks. The Oslo tiles measure 22.56in x 10.88in (57.3cm x 27.64cm) and include eight (8) 9.5in x 2.265in (24.13cm x 5.75cm) smaller bricks.

I just ordered these because none of the Home Depot’s near me had them in stock. At the Home Depot there are two units to a package equaling 2.88 ft.². Is each package ordered with your company the same? I just wanted to make sure I just ordered enough.
All of our tiles on our website are sold in single sheets. One single sheet of the Oslo White covers W: 22.56in x H: 10.88in (W: 57.3cm x H: 27.64cm).
