Cancellation Policy

You can't cancel orders that have entered the shipping process.

Please note that additional fees might occur for shipments redirected or returned to us due to an incorrect or modified address.

Product Returns Policy

Our customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return or exchange a product, please see instructions and conditions below.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the delivery. For a refund or an exchange, we require a MANDATORY authorization number provided by a Smart Tiles representative. To obtain your return authorization number, please contact us with this email:

Your authorization number will be valid for a period of 30 days.

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging and everything must be intact.

  • The packing slip and the authorization number must accompany your return. No return or exchange will be accepted for used or damaged products.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any risks (damages and lost packages) associated with the transport of the items being returned, unless it is for defective products.

  • Products are inspected upon receipt.

  • Refunds are based on the price paid at the time of the purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued with the same payment method as the original payment, upon proof of the return and a valid tracking number.

Smart Tiles reserves the right to refuse a return at any time due to abuse or deliberate fraud. We will not accept any returns on products marked as fi­nal sale, overstock or discontinued.

Samples, tools and accessories sales are final. No cancellation, returns or refunds possible.
