I recommend it!
I bough the smart tiles on line, with a little bit of fear because the current tiles I got were hideous and the job was poorly done. On a rental, there are not so many options...
The outcome was great. I love how the kitchen looks now.
It only took me a couple of hours to get it done. The design is kind of tricky though, but with patience it can be done.
The edges were not that perfect, but it's not a big deal for a peel and stick tile! You have to look very close to notice that they are not real tiles.
Now let's see how much they last.
Loved them!

Marvelous Milano Massa!
IT'S A LAUNDRY ROOM! But boy oh boy are we glad we decided to get these Smart Tiles for our wall protection needs. Not only do they make the room more a-pealing (those of you who have installed these can collectively roll your eyes) they do make it easier to wipe up water splashes and protect the walls. Really like the look and overall quality of the product. Glad we found these things in lieu of actual stone. Many people have commented thinking that it is real stone! Boarder gives it a crisp finish - it's worth getting.
Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Easy, affordable, looks great!
We were on a search for a classic backsplash addition to our kitchen that was an easy DIY. This product was perfect. We were able easily measure and cut the tiles. Installation was simple and the final look is perfect. I would recommend ordering a couple extras in case, we did and ended up using every tile sheet after cuts. Definitely recommend.

This stuff is awesome! Transformed my kitchen, and super easy to work with.
I decided to try my hand at a Smart Tile backsplash after getting an outrageous quote for a very simple tile backsplash. I figured worst case, if I failed at a DIY Smart Tile job, I could still hire a pro. I couldn't imagine how good it would come out! The tiles cut easily, and fit together perfectly. I saved over $1000 and still achieved the look I thought I could only get by hiring the job out to the professionals.
Hint: There is a small learning curve on lining them up and overlapping them correctly, but once i was two tiles in, I had it down. I used masking tape to hold them in place (from the top.) Once I had them lined up perfectly. I then unpeeled the back (using the masking tape to hold the alignment) and carefully pressed the rows of faux-tiles down. Cutting around outlets and switches was EASY, using either scissors or a razor knife.
Hint 2: Work right to left, orienting the tiles with the readable "overlap here" in the bottom left (so you can read them). Then overlap the tiles as you work right-to-left. This is the easiest and best way.
Hint 3: Figure out how many you need, then add extra.... then order several more tiles than that. I thought I was ordering extra, but would up using every tile I bought. I didn't have much waste, I just underestimated how much I'd use in a few places.

Tricky but looks good overall !
The installation can be a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, the results look rather good. It is easier and less complicated to install than real tiles with glue and grout etc. However, it's much more expensive than the real thing.

Pleasantly Pleased
I was looking for an inexpensive, yet good looking solution for my backsplash and I must say I'm pleasantly pleased with the results. I found that it was fairly easy to install as long as you have patience, sharp blade, ruler, and a cutting mat. I've received numerous compliments and my brother asked me if I did the grout myself.... hahaha... Really does look good and provides a nice touch to the kitchen. Thank you Smart Tiles!

Much improved fireplace!
These are amazing! I was going to just paint the marble surrounding the fireplace, but in my research I’m glad I stumbled upon these tiles. This looks so much better than paint would have. These are very easy to use and the only trouble I had was on the corners since the marble surrounding the fireplace is 3-dimensional. I’m very happy with the way this turned out, it looks beautiful! After I finished, I bought more tiles in order to complete the black and marble floor in front of the fireplace. Hoping to complete that soon!

A little more complicated but well worth it!!
The Milano tile is a little more complex because the tiles aren’t symmetric, sometimes the finishing was a bit tricky but we could not be happier with the final outcome!!! They look fantastic!

Should I apply any type of adhesive to these to make them stick better in my kitchen so they don't fall off? And what other supplies besides an edge would I need.
