You can't cancel orders that have entered the shipping process.

 

Product Returns Policy

Complete customer satisfaction is important to us. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, please see instructions and conditions below.

 

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving them. For a refund or an exchange, a MANDATORY authorization number provided by Smart Tiles representative is required. To obtain your Return Authorization number (this number is valid for 30 days):

- Returned products must be in their original packaging and everything must be intact.
- The packing slip and the authorization number must accompany your return. No return or exchange will be accepted for products that have been used and/or damaged.
- The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the risks of damage or loss during transportation for products returned, except in the case of defective products.
- Products are inspected upon receipt.
- Refunds are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment and will exempt original shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.

 

At any time, Smart Tiles reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. We will not accept any returns on products marked as final sale, overstock or discontinued.

 

Samples Order

You can't cancel any order of samples or tools and you can't return them. No refund possible.
